Sixth consecutive year as a Leader — and one of only two vendors recognized in both the UCaaS and CCaaS Magic Quadrants.
The Gartner Magic Quadrant for Unified Communications as a Service evaluates providers that primarily offer telephony, meetings, messaging and contact center, and are trying to differentiate with AI capabilities that are mostly focused on customer-facing and collaboration features. This research helps heads of I&O select providers that align with their organizations’ needs. Gartner plots vendors on a two-axis quadrant assessing Completeness of Vision and Ability to Execute, and classifies them as Leaders, Challengers, Visionaries, or Niche Players. A Leader designation indicates a vendor demonstrates strong execution across current offerings alongside a credible and well-articulated roadmap. The 2024 Worldwide edition evaluated 11 companies.
Zoom has been named a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for UCaaS for six consecutive years, reflecting consistent execution across its core platform and ongoing investment in AI-powered capabilities. Zoom is one of only two vendors to hold Leader positions in both the UCaaS and CCaaS Magic Quadrants simultaneously, which we believe validates our unified platform strategy — delivering communication, collaboration, and contact center capabilities within a single experience.
We also believe this recognition highlights the strength of Zoom’s AI-first approach to communication and collaboration. Zoom AI is embedded across the Zoom Workplace platform to help users gain more insights from their conversations, be more effective with their time, and ultimately deliver higher-quality work faster.
